Yes, they displayed everything that was submitted. But somehow, I don't think the organizers were exactly begging the US Army or the Republican Party (if it even exists in San Fran) to submit posters.

And I live in the German state of Hessen. I don't know if it's red or blue...

They just put up whatever was submitted & called it an art show.

If the US ARMY had hired artists to make a bunch of recruiting posters and sent them in, they would have gone up. If the Republican party had sent in a bunch of posters they would have gone up. Those groups didn't bother, because they aren't very creative or don't think art shows are important, and the result is what showed up.

Please enjoy your righteous indignation & feelings of patriotic superiority.

Not at all. Plenty of my friends and a few of my military buddies are against the war.
Enemies of America are:
1)Those that openly say America is their enemy
2)Those that believe insurgents who drive suicide truck bombs into mosques are "freedom fighters"
3)Those who claim that America is the most corrupt/evil/dangerous/violent/etc nation in the world
4)Those that believe in every ludicrious conspiracy theory about America (but not of any of America's enemies).

I could add more to this list, but you get the idea.

I don't know them personally, and can't read their minds, but from their writings/statements people like Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn, Gore Vidal, and Hugo Chavez would probably qualify.

But that's just a guess. If they deny it, I would love to hear them swear off some of their more inflammatory statements.
