JFK Terror Plot - Something Missing?

This is a very important story, and I'm not going to comment much about it now; I'm waiting for more information to come out.

But read this report from the BBC. Note the crime (terrorism). Note the names of the suspects being held. Note the complete absence of any mention of a certain important characteristic of the suspects involved (hint: if you can't figure it out, look at the labels below).

I love the BBC, particularly because their international coverage is more complete than any other news service. But sometimes they speak volumes through their reluctance to mention certain issues.
